Job summary

CML in the UK is seeking Day Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Telford on a permanent, full-time basis. The role follows a 4-on 4-off days shift from 06:00 to 18:00, with a basic salary of £25,445.42 per year and additional payments for attendance, banked hours, reach truck, and counterbalance/MEWP.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading pallets with a PPT, scanning with an RF gun, and moving pallets to allocated locations in a fast-paced chilled environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled environment of 2-5 degrees.
• Able to work to targets within a fast-paced environment.
• MHE experience advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.

• Load and unload pallets using ride-on powered pallet truck (PPT).
• Load and unload different trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Move pallets throughout the warehouse and allocate to locations.
• Work patterns operate on a Banked Hours Scheme.

We are looking for Day Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Telford on a permanent and full time basis.

Job Description

Shift: 4ON 4OFF Days - 06:00am-18:00pm.

Salary: £25,445.42 basic per annum.

• £1000 attendance bonus per annum
• £1500 annual banked hours payment per annum
• £500 Reach truck payment per annum
• £250 Counterbalance and MEWP payment per annum.

Your job duties will include but not limited to the following:

• The shift patterns above operate on a Banked Hours Scheme.
• This role includes but is not limited to:
• Loading and unloading pallets using ride on powered pallet truck (PPT)
• Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF GUN – to scan pallets
• Moving pallets throughout the warehouse and allocating them to relevant locations
• This is a very engaging role due to the fast-paced nature of our operation.
