Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting a Yard Operative for Forest Row, East Sussex. This is a full-time role offering a salary of £29,000 to £34,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm.

You will assist customers with product enquiries, load and unload materials safely, use equipment to split and prepare materials, and operate machinery to keep the yard tidy and organised.

Qualifications

• Experience in a yard or similar environment (preferred but not essential).
• Counterbalance forklift licence is ideal.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid driving licence.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm

Pay: £29,000 to £34,000 depending on experience.
