Job summary

The Best Connection in Forest Row is recruiting a Yard Operative to join a friendly, hard-working team in the construction sector.

You will assist customers, load/unload materials, split and prepare materials, and operate yard machinery. A valid driving licence is required, and a counterbalance forklift licence is ideal.

This role offers regular hours, 7:30am–5:00pm, and a competitive salary of £29,000 to £34,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a yard or similar environment preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
• A valid driving licence is essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm
