This Yard Operative position in South Yorkshire offers a permanent contract with Manpower UK, based at a recycling facility in Wath-upon-Dearne. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm, the successful candidate handles duties both indoors and outdoors across the site. Hourly pay ranges from £12.71 to £12.80, with overtime paid at time and a half after eight daily hours, time and a half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays. Applicants must pass a drug and alcohol test before starting and accept random testing during employment. Practical skills, awareness of site safety and the ability to work reliably within a team are essential for this hands‑on role.

Yard Operative Location: Derwent Way, Wath West Industrial Estate, Wath-upon-Dearne, S63 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (30‑minute unpaid break) Overtime Rates: Overtime after 8 hours per day paid at time and a half Saturdays paid at time and a half Sundays paid at double time Please note that candidates MUST pass a drug and alcohol test prior to starting and agree to random testing throughout employment.

• Have previous experience in a yard operative, recycling, warehouse, production or industrial environment
• Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Be a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Be reliable, punctual and safety‑conscious
• Be physically fit and happy to undertake a hands‑on role
• Be able to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
