Job summary

BCA, the UK's largest vehicle remarketing company, is seeking energetic Yard Drivers to join our busy auction site. You’ll be at the heart of the action, moving vehicles, keeping the yard organized, and helping to prepare cars for sale.

This hands-on, outdoor role requires you to work in all weather. You’ll need a Full UK Driving Licence, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn through our IMI‑approved training academy as you grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Happy working outdoors in all weather.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player ready to get stuck in.
• Able to follow instructions and work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Drive and move a wide range of vehicles across the site.
• Keep the yard organised and running efficiently.
• Jump start vehicles when needed (full training provided).
• Spot issues and report them to the team.
• Support other departments and be ready to help where needed.
