Job summary

BCA is the UK's largest B2B used vehicle service and a leading vehicle remarketing company. We’re looking for energetic Yard Drivers to join our busy auction site, moving vehicles and ensuring the yard runs smoothly while getting cars ready for sale.

This outdoor, hands-on role requires resilience in all weather conditions, a positive attitude and team spirit. Training is provided for vehicle-related tasks and procedures.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Happy working outdoors in all weather
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who’s ready to get stuck in
• Able to follow instructions and work at pace

Responsibilities

• Driving and moving a wide range of vehicles across the site
• Keeping the yard organised and running efficiently
• Jump starting vehicles when needed (full training provided!)
• Spotting any issues and reporting them to the team
• Supporting other departments and getting involved wherever needed – no two days are the same
