BCA is looking for energetic Yard Drivers to join our busy auction site in the UK. You will be at the heart of the action, moving vehicles, keeping the yard organized, and helping prepare cars for sale. The role is outdoor and weather dependent, requiring stamina and a positive can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and move a wide range of vehicles across the yard and site.
• Keep the yard organised and running smoothly.
• Jump starting vehicles when needed (training provided).
• Spot issues and report them to the team.
• Support other departments and adapt to varying daily needs.

Main purpose of the role

We’re looking for energetic, reliable Yard Drivers to join our busy auction site. You’ll be at the heart of the action—moving vehicles, keeping the yard running smoothly, and playing a key role in getting cars ready for sale.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role, so you’ll need to be comfortable staying active and working in all weather conditions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Driving and moving a wide range of vehicles across the site
• Keeping the yard organised and running efficiently
• Jump starting vehicles when needed (full training provided!)
• Spotting any issues and reporting them to the team
• Supporting other departments and getting involved wherever needed – no two days are the same

To be successful, you’ll bring the following with you:

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Happy working outdoors in all weather
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who’s ready to get stuck in
• Able to follow instructions and work at pace
