Job summary

Leapfrog Limited is seeking a diligent administrator to support yacht ownership structures for international clients. You will assist with onboarding, documentation, invoicing, and regulatory tasks, gaining exposure to transactions and fleet administration.

Full training will be provided, so previous yacht industry experience isn’t required. The role emphasizes organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement across the Yacht Ownership team.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in trust, corporate, or fiduciary administration is advantageous but training is provided.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across yacht ownership structures.
• Support yacht sales, charters, insurance, and third-party appointments.
• Assist with payments, invoicing, and fiscal arrangements.
• Communicate with yacht owners, intermediaries and crew.
• Prepare correspondence, minutes, resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Maintain corporate and client records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate onboarding and transfers with other service providers.
• Assist with onboarding screening and potential matches.
