Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. seeks a Sr Platform Solutions Specialist to act as SME for Xvantage™ platform workflows, focusing on renewals and strategic vendor discussions.

The role drives end-to-end solution ownership while partnering with Platform Operations Managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to continually improve platform outcomes. The candidate will stay current on platform capabilities, contribute to roadmaps and BRDs, and help articulate the business value of platform solutions to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• 3+ years of functional experience, including at least 1 year in a related role such as solutions consulting, renewals or subscription management, platform enablement, or business analysis.
• Demonstrated SME across complex workflows, solutions, or platform capabilities.
• Preferred: PMP®/CAPM®/PMI-ACP or equivalent project or program management certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive key solution areas (e.g., renewals management) within strategic vendor conversations.
• Align platform solution priorities to top 12 strategic vendors.
• Collaborate with Platform Operations Managers to embed solution expertise into roadmaps, reviews, and QBRs.
• Serve as SME on end-to-end platform workflows across vendor, Ingram Micro, and customer experiences.
• Define vendor needs for platform solutions and communicate clearly in conversations.
• Contribute to business requirements and BRDs for platform features and Navigator requests.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and automation opportunities in solution workflows.
• Articulate value of platform solutions to internal stakeholders and vendors.
