The role requires leading strategic initiatives, accelerating pilots, and guiding senior leaders to consensus, with travel up to 10% and a strong background in PMI/Agile.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years spent managing strategic initiatives.
• PMI and Agile Project Management certifications are highly valued.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading business transformations and advising executives to deliver substantial outcomes.
• Key competencies such as strategic insight, innovative thinking, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and change management abilities are also required.
• Entrepreneurial experience a strong plus — you’ve started, built, or scaled something from the ground up.
• A clear pattern of growth and impact, with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
• Comfort with ambiguity, data-driven decision-making, and modern tools (AI/Copilot, analytics) to accelerate the work.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunity. Synthesize market trends and internal friction to identify high-potential white space.
• Execute at high velocity. Run lightweight prototypes and live pilots with business teams, validating ROI.
• Advise and influence. Guide senior leaders to consensus with structured narratives.
• Own outcomes. Drive measurable impact across revenue, margin, and productivity.
