Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with designing scalable enablement programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal advisor to accelerate time to value and ensure sustained solution health.
• Translate solution mastery into tangible business outcomes and influence product roadmap and enablement priorities.
• Design and deliver one-to-many enablement programs (e.g., expert-led office hours, webinars) to address needs at scale.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify friction points and advocate for platform improvements.
