Job summary

Global is seeking a 3D Artist / Motion Graphic Designer for our XR studio at Leicester Square. You’ll design and build immersive 3D environments using Cinema 4D/Blender, optimise for real-time Unreal Engine, and preview live via RenderStream on the XR stage.

You’ll collaborate with directors, producers and XR Studio Manager, balancing artistic vision with production constraints and tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist or motion designer with a strong portfolio.
• Strong modelling, texturing and lighting in 3D environments.
• Experience optimising 3D content for real-time engines (Unreal Engine preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, create and build high-quality 3D concepts, storyboards, environments and assets using Cinema 4D and/or Blender for the XR stage.
• Optimise 3D environments for real-time performance in Unreal Engine with quality vs. performance balance.
• Configure and preview environments live via RenderStream on the XR stage; collaborate with studio ops.
• Create motion graphics and visual content for XR productions, promos, social, on-air graphics.
