Job summary

Wiltshire Council in Salisbury is recruiting Reablement Support Workers to help clients recover at home after hospital discharge. Our Reablement Support Workers provide vital assistance to individuals in their homes post-hospital discharge. They play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their goals, working closely with dedicated occupational therapists to co-develop personalised reablement plans.

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for helping others who are available on a rota basis between 7am to 10pm 365 days a year.
