Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a residential timber frame development in Wrexham. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure build quality and safety standards are met.

Candidates should have a proven track record in timber frame housebuilding, strong leadership, and the ability to drive programmes forward while maintaining records and compliance. SMSTS/CSCS and First Aid qualifications are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
