Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a long-term temporary residential development in Wrexham. You will support the Site Manager day-to-day, coordinating subcontractors and overseeing build progress to ensure safety, quality and programme adherence.

Ideal candidates will have proven Assistant Site Manager experience in volume housebuilding, essential timber frame experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven Assistant Site Manager experience within volume housebuilding.
• Timber frame experience is essential.
• SMSTS – SSSTS may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and build sequencing.
• Good communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day management of the development.

• Monitoring build progress and ensuring programmes are maintained.

Assistant Site Manager for a long-term temporary position on a residential development in

The successful candidate will have proven experience within

volume housebuilding, with

timber frame experience being

essential. You will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring homes are constructed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of the development

Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and site operatives

Monitoring build progress and ensuring programmes are maintained

Requirements

Proven Assistant Site Manager experience within volume housebuilding

Recent experience in a similar residential housebuilding position

Recent, verifiable references from a similar role within housebuilding

SMSTS - SSSTS may be considered

Strong knowledge of residential construction and build sequencing

Good communication, organisational and leadership skills

Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a site team
