Rosedale Primary School, part of Exceed Learning Partnership, seeks a Childcare Supervisor to lead Wraparound Care. The role is 18.75 hours per week during term time, with mornings and afternoons and potential for AM/PM coverage.

Permanent contract, term-time only. The ideal candidate will supervise childcare assistants, create engaging activity programs, uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards, and act as the main contact for parents and school leadership.

Competenze

• Supervise and support childcare assistants, ensuring ratios are met and everyone is on task.
• Design a weekly program of activities including arts and crafts, sports, and quiet study areas.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, including sign-in/out procedures, safeguarding and first aid.
• Act as the main point of contact for parents and school leadership regarding the club’s operations.
• Manage registers and oversee the preparation of healthy, nutritious snacks.
