Job summary

Rosedale Primary School, part of Exceed Learning Partnership, is seeking a Childcare Supervisor to lead our Wraparound Care provision in Doncaster.

This term-time, permanent role is 18.75 hours per week, with AM sessions 07:30–08:45 and PM sessions 15:15–17:45, Monday to Friday; both shifts possible.

You will supervise staff, design activities, uphold health and safety, and act as the main contact for parents and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising childcare staff and ensuring safe ratios.
• Ability to design a weekly activities programme (arts, sports, quiet study).
• Maintaining health and safety standards, including safeguarding and first aid.
• Act as main point of contact for parents and school leadership regarding clubs operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support childcare assistants, ensuring ratios are met.
• Design a weekly programme of activities including arts and crafts, sports, and quiet study areas.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, including sign-in/out procedures, safeguarding and first aid.
• Act as the main point of contact for parents and school leadership regarding the clubs operations.
• Manage registers and oversee the preparation of healthy, nutritious snacks.
