Job summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Playworker to join our before and after school club team in Bromsgrove. You will support the delivery of fun, safe, and engaging activities for children aged 3-11, helping to create a positive and inclusive environment where children can relax, play, and learn after school.

The role is 7.5 hours per week with sessions on Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings 7:30–9:00 and Thursday afternoon 3:00–6:00.

Qualifications

• Caring and enthusiastic approach to working with children.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of fun, safe, and engaging activities for children aged 3-11.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment where children can relax, play and learn after school.
• Assist with after school club sessions and adhere to appropriate safeguarding policies.
