Key responsibilities include
  • Providing a nurturing and engaging environment for children.
  • Supervising play, activities, and mealtimes to promote positive behaviour and social interaction.
  • Preparing and serving light meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Supporting children’s wellbeing, comfort, and personal needs.
  • Maintainingaccuraterecords and upholding safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
  • Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/carers.

You will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to providing high-quality childcare. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team and bring a flexible, positive approach to your work.

Essential skills and qualifications:
  • Level 2 Childcare qualification (or working towards completion).
  • Experience of working or volunteering with young children.
