Job summary

Stedham Primary School in West Sussex is seeking a Wrap Around Care Leader to provide pastoral care and supervision for children before and after school. The role involves engaging with pupils in a safe, nurturing environment and coordinating activities within Breakfast Club and After School Club sessions.

You will work closely with staff, Governors and families to ensure well-being, development and a positive learning atmosphere, while committing to your own CPD and a supportive team culture.

Job Details

• Closing Date: Tuesday 15th September 2026
• Interviews: Tuesday 22nd September 2026
• Contract/: Fixed Term Contract until July 2027.
• Breakfast Club Hours Available: Monday – Friday 07:45am – 08:45am
• After School Club Hours Available: Thursday and Friday 3:15pm – 5:15pm
• Salary Type: NJC Pay Scale G4.5

The successful Wrap Around Care Leader will be responsible for delivering high quality pastoral care and supervision to children both before and after school. This will see the successful candidate working closely with children and providing the highest quality of care for them.
