Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery Portfolio is seeking a Sales Specialist to represent the Wound Closure line across Northern Ireland. You will drive access, adoption and preference in hospital accounts, collaborating with account managers, marketing and professional education to deliver coordinated account development and customer partnerships.

The role demands a strong blend of commercial drive, clinical curiosity, and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

Proven track record in medical sales or healthcare-driven roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
Ability to develop strategic partnerships with hospital accounts.

Responsibilities

Sell the J&J MedTech Wound Closure portfolio within hospitals across the assigned territory.
Establish portfolio as a preferred choice through clear articulation of outcomes and value.
Develop and maintain account plans with sales action details.
Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Negotiate and close routine sales while seeking guidance for complex deals.
Manage accounts and maintain visibility of opportunities across portfolios.
Lead and support customer training and education initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing and Professional Education to leverage KOL relationships.
Provide market insights to shape local and national strategies.
