As our Workshop Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of technical operations, product servicing, and repairs. The role requires someone who is technically minded, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to learn about our expanding range of communications products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and run the daily operations of the workshop
• Test, repair and prepare two-way radios and other communication equipment
• Support the team with technical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Assist with CCTV equipment setup and configuration (IP experience a bonus)
• Perform basic soldering and electronic fault-finding
• Keep records of repairs and ensure quality control processes

Qualifications

• A willingness to learn new products and technologies
• Experience or interest in IP-based CCTV systems (desirable)
• Basic soldering and electronic repair skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity
