Qualifications

• Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (preferred).
• Own a Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel (essential).
• Previous body and paint workshop experience (essential).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of 20+ workshop technicians.
• Co-ordinate day to day operations.
• Manage staff absences and approve holidays.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of all employees.
• Implement company policies and customer requirements.
• Report non-compliance with site rules.
