Basic Salary: GBP46,000pa

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday - 07:00-16:00

Responsibilities of a Workshop Supervisor

• Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards
• Oversee and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance work
• Undertake vehicle inspections and servicing
• Prepare and present vehicles for MOT inspection
• Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technology and DVSA standards
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to H&S requirements

Skills and Qualifications of a Workshop Supervisor

• Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
• HGV licence is an advantage
• Prior supervisory experience in the automotive industry is essential
• Strong communication skills
