Are you a Workshop Supervisor, or similar with managerial experience, preferably from a sheet metal manufacturing background, looking to join an established engineering company, going from strength to strength due to their period of expansion across the UK, looking to recruit for their growing engineering team?

In this role you would be responsible for managing engineers across the workshop, supervising day-to-day operations with confidence and making sure operations run smoothly.

The ideal Workshop Production Supervisor would have come from an engineering background, or similar, with experience in a manager or supervisor position, who is looking to join a leading manufacturing company who have great routes for progression and are offering great company benefits.

• Managing and supervising a team
• Confident in working and manufacturing sheet metal
• Managing the work load of the workshop

• Experience working as a supervisor or in a managerial position in engineering/manufacturing
• NVQ in Fabrication and Welding
• Confident supervising a workshop
