Neos Engineering is working with a reputable plant hire organization seeking a workshop plant fitter to join their team. This role offers excellent working conditions, training, and benefits.

The ideal candidate has experience with heavy plant equipment and comes from industries such as Powered Access, Heavy Plant, Forklift, or Agriculture. We welcome experienced, fully qualified engineers or those with transferable skills, especially those familiar with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair heavy plant machinery including diggers, dozers, cherry pickers, and scissor lifts.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and diagnostics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with Powered Access, Construction Plant, or Agricultural Machinery.
• Motivated to receive training, work overtime, and pursue career progression.
