Job summary

Babcock, a global defence and security contractor, is seeking a Workshop Team Manager at Bovington near Wareham, Dorset. You will lead workshop performance, ensure safe and efficient operations, and drive continuous improvement.

You will analyse data, coordinate activities, lead safety and audits, and collaborate with supervisors to deliver objectives. The role is onsite with typical 37 hours per week from Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Experience using data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Experience in supervisory or people leadership roles.
• Experience delivering business objectives with internal stakeholders.
