Job summary

Babcock International operates workshops at Bovington near Wareham, Dorset, seeking a Workshop Team Manager to lead performance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives. This onsite role focuses on data-driven decisions, supervising staff and coordinating activities to ensure safe, efficient delivery of work.

You will use Excel and other tools to analyse trends, drive improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives, while meeting security and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience using data and reporting tools to drive improvements.
• Supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Track record of monitoring performance and identifying improvements.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Experience supporting compliance, safety or quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate workshop activities to support safe, efficient and planned delivery of work.
• Lead safety, compliance and audit activities to maintain operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, productivity and performance.
