Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group is recruiting for a full-time manufacturing role based in Lincoln. You will work with hand tools, read a tape measure, and contribute to the production line under supervision.

You will receive hands-on training from experienced colleagues, with a mentor guiding you as you progress through the different stages of the process. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with a strong pathway to permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of hand tools safely.
• Measure materials accurately with a tape measure (cm/mm and ft/in).
• Move and handle panels and materials around the workshop.
• Support different teams across the production process when required.
• Produce work to a high standard with attention to detail.
• Learn new skills and progress through manufacturing stages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with a variety of hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Measuring materials accurately using a tape measure (both centimetres/millimetres and feet/inches).
• Moving and handling panels and materials around the workshop.
• Supporting different teams across the production process when required.
• Producing work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
• Learning new skills and progressing through the different stages of the manufacturing process.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is physically fit and happy carrying out manual work.
• Is reliable, committed, and punctual.
• Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
• Is ambitious and keen to develop new skills.
• Is comfortable using hand tools (or willing to learn).
• Can accurately read a tape measure in both metric (cm/mm) and imperial (feet/inches).
• Works well as part of a team and is willing to help others when needed.
• Has good dexterity and takes pride in producing quality work.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Pay: Starting from £12.71 per hour
