Adecco is seeking a Workshop Assistant in Gillingham on a 4-day week (Mon-Thu) with a pay of £13.28 per hour. The role involves hands-on work, measuring, drilling, cutting, and assembling materials while following assembly instructions to ensure quality and safety in a busy workshop.

Ideal candidates have some workshop experience, are confident with hand tools, and can read basic drawings. Weekly pay and on-site parking are provided by Adecco.

We're looking for a Workshop Assistant to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Gillingham.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who's confident using hand tools, can follow assembly instructions, and enjoys practical work.
