We're recruiting for an experienced Production Workshop Manager to join a well-established manufacturing business.

About the Role as Production Workshop Manager

This is a hands-on shop-floor leadership role where you'll take responsibility for keeping production running safely, efficiently and on schedule. You'll lead and develop a skilled manufacturing team, manage day-to-day priorities and play a key part in driving improvements across quality, productivity and delivery performance.

Qualifications and experience as Production Workshop Manager

• Good understanding of Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).
• Continuous improvement / Lean manufacturing mindset.
• Comfortable using ERP/MRP systems and standard IT packages.
• IOSH or similar Health & Safety training would be advantageous.
