• Allocate jobs and organise the daily workshop workload.
• Support and guide Vehicle Technicians with technical issues.
• Carry out servicing, repairs and diagnostics when required.
• Complete quality checks and final vehicle inspections.
• Help keep the workshop productive and running efficiently.
• Support customers and front-of-house operations when needed.
• Step up and support the Centre Manager with the day-to-day running of the site.
