Autotech Recruit is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician for a growing independent automotive business with a move to a brand-new 11,000 sq ft workshop.

You will be responsible for servicing, maintenance and diagnostics, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers safely and efficiently, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role offers a competitive salary and a supportive team in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with hands-on diagnostics.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults.
• Strong time-management and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete vehicle repairs to industry standards.
• Manage allocated jobs efficiently and independently.
• Identify additional repair requirements and report findings.
• Maintain accurate workshop documentation and job records.
• Work closely with colleagues within a busy workshop team.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements.
• Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
