Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilise workshop resources to achieve financial and operational objectives while maintaining high customer service standards.
  2. Ensure effective communication between the workshop and Front of House team to deliver excellent customer service.
  3. Lead, coach, and develop the Workshop team to improve performance and results.
  4. Manage resources and workflow to optimise productivity, efficiency, and utilisation.
  5. Maintain Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe and clean workshop environment.
  6. Promote a team culture of high performance and excellence.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in a main-dealer workshop, as a mechanic, or in an aftersales environment.
  2. Understanding of technical requirements to manage a team of technicians delivering high standards of workmanship.
  3. Customer-centric approach, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  4. NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is advantageous but not essential.
  5. Strong organisational skills with a logical, methodical approach.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  7. Valid driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
