• Drive workshop efficiency and KPI performance, maximise labour recovery.
• Supervise, coach and develop the workshop team; support recruitment and retention.
• Deliver excellent customer service, understand needs and resolve complaints.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers, ensure health and safety standards.
