Our client is a main commercial dealership looking to recruit a Workshop Manager to join their busy site.

Workshop Manager Role:
You will oversee a busy and thriving workshop daily, managing Technicians. This position is responsible for all aspects of workshop management, including issuing work to technicians, tooling & equipment, and Health & Safety.

The successful candidate will manage the workshop day-to-day, ensuring service and repair technicians meet their targets. You will assist the service manager in providing excellent customer service and achieving profit and retention goals.
