Workshop Manager - Automotive - Enfield

Up to £50,000 - Progression Opportunity - Permanent Role

Monday to Saturday

We're looking for an experienced Workshop Manager - or a strong Workshop Controller ready to step up - to join a busy, well-established automotive workshop in Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a great salary and the chance to take real ownership of a fast-moving workshop environment.

The Role

• Overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards
• Allocating work to technicians and monitoring job progress
• Supporting and motivating the workshop team to hit performance and quality targets
• Liaising with service advisors and management to keep communication clear and efficient
• Maintaining H&S standards and ensuring compliance across the site
• Getting hands-on when required - this is not a desk-only role
