The Role:

Responsible for leading the workshop team, fostering a collaborative working environment focused on customer satisfaction. Ensure the team produces quality repairs with a "right first time" approach. Identify opportunities for customer satisfaction improvements and process enhancements, promoting a culture where everyone is responsible for the customer experience and works as a team to meet expectations.

Qualifications

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • Demonstrated technical competence with hands-on support.
  • Experience in team leadership and working across management levels.
  • Experience in the motor repair industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and repair methodologies.
