Candidates will need experience working in a CNC machining environment and will need familiarity with 4/5 axis machining. This role would suit an experienced Workshop Manager, Supervisor/Team Leader or similar looking to take the next step in their career. Knowledge of CAD is also required.
TheWorkshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing manufacturing operations, which will involve overseeing a workshop of 14 people with headcount expected to increase.
TheWorkshop Manager will be responsible for the implementation of new manufacturing processes and improvements, including the implementation of new KPIs and monitoring systems.
