Job summary

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead a fabrication and CNC machining team within a growing, family-owned manufacturer. This hands-on leadership role will ensure production runs smoothly, while maintaining quality, safety and on-time delivery.

You will drive daily plant performance, develop people, and coordinate activities on the shop floor to meet customer deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within fabrication or CNC machining.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
• Hands-on leader who develops people and improves performance.

Are you an experienced Workshop Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take the next step with a growing engineering business?

We're recruiting for a family-owned manufacturer that has seen significant growth over the last few years and continues to invest in its people, equipment and facilities. As production continues to expand, they're looking for a Workshop Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of their fabrication and CNC machining workshop.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, keep production on track and play a key part in maintaining quality, safety and delivery performance.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising a team across fabrication, welding, CNC machining and assembly
• Coordinating daily production to ensure customer deadlines are achieved
• Supporting the Workshop Manager with the smooth running of the shop floor
• Driving quality, health & safety and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for
