We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee our busy workshop and team of fitters, ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing performance, driving productivity, and motivating the team to succeed in a safe working environment.

As Workshop Manager, you’ll ensure equipment availability, keep assets moving to maximize revenue, and maintain customer satisfaction. This will involve close collaboration internally with the Hire Desk and externally with customers and spares suppliers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
