Job summary

Neos Recruitment Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Workshop Engineer to support the Workshop Manager in the maintenance, inspection and repair of assets, while ensuring all activities comply with HSEQ standards and safety requirements.

You will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, Service Admin and Parts teams across branch and head office to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

The Role

To support the Workshop Manager in successful delivery of maintenance of assets, inspections, prep for sales and repairs in a professional manner. Ensure that workshop and on-site activities are carried out safely.

Ensure that all work is delivered to the required HSEQ standards required and that the workshop team continually strive for continuous improvement.

You will work closely with Field Service Engineers, Service Admin and Parts team both at branch and head office level.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service Forklift trucks, Material Handling Equipment.

• Familiarity / good working knowledge of field service Software (ie working from a tablet / hand held device)

Hours

Monday to Friday 45 hours per week, 08:00 and 17:30 - You are also required to work such additional hours as may be necessary for the proper performance of your duties or that may be required to fulfil role
