Job summary

Linde Material Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, is seeking skilled Workshop Engineers to join our team in Basingstoke. The role involves maintaining and repairing our range of material handling equipment at depots, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

You will perform routine maintenance checks, diagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance, with overtime options and a clear development path including world-class training and progression

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 qualification preferred
• Comfortable using IT equipment for records and placing orders
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Able to work autonomously and in a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a wide range of material handling equipment, including forklifts and heavy machinery.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Service at depots, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections, diagnose faults and undertake preventative maintenance.
• Work with vehicle technicians and plant equipment with opportunities to learn and progress.
