Job summary

Unipart Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Workshop Engineer to support workshop activities, including laser-cut parts preparation, wiring installations, and assembling products to specification. You will operate CNC machinery and use hand tools to keep workflows efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating electrical components to assemblies.
• Knowledge of mechanical and digital manufacturing processes.

• Able to apply continuous improvement methods to workshop tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble new products with Design Engineers to meet specs.
• Prototype, manufacture, test, install and commission products from concept to operation.
• Measure and inspect products to ensure specifications.
• Provide workshop support and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers on IP and commercial matters.
• Update senior management on project status and progress.
