One of the UK’s largest providers of Diesel Generators is currently expanding and is looking for a Workshop Engineer to join them on their journey.

A family-run business, they have grown from a small yard to five depots across the country, with one of the UK’s largest supplies of state of the art generators as well as specialist transport fleet.

They’re committed to sustainability and a greener future, and have rolled out hybrid BESS units, as well as looking into cutting emissions for their customers.

As one of their Workshop Engineers you will specialise in Diesel Engines, responsible for the performance and reliability of their generator fleet.

You will be based out of their Cannock Depot.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine service, maintenance and upkeep of Generators within their fleet.
  • Carry out repairs and rebuilds of Diesel Engines.
  • Refuel Generators, and help load/offload generators.
  • Service and repair equipment as needed.

Necessary experience:

  • Experience within the servicing and repair of Diesel Engines.
  • Strong fault finding experience.

What will you get in return:

  • Salary up to £37,150.
  • Significant overtime bonuses- time and a half and double time outside of standard week working hours with capability to double salary.
  • 23 days holiday + Bank holidays.
  • Private health insurance.
