Diagnose and perform hardware repairs on laptops, desktop computers, and mobile phones
Manage and track inventory of parts and tools with accuracy
Collaborate with other stores and warehouses to source components as needed
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of hardware to meet internal deadlines
Commit to delivering efficient, high-quality support to internal stakeholders
Essential: Hands-on experience repairing laptops and desktop computers
Desirable: Exposure to tablet or smartphone repairs
Comfortable working to service levels and quality standards
Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
