Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining electro-mechanical equipment or as an electrician.

  • Competent in diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults.

Responsibilities

  • Refurbish coffee machines to working standards and undertake planned maintenance.
  • Perform diagnostic analysis of operational faults and upgrade components as required.
  • Liaise with manager/customer services regarding machine status.

Salary: GBP27K GBP32K per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!

With more than 30 years experience and over 130 employees throughout the UK and Ireland, Mulmar is a leader in the supply and maintenance of some of the world s finest espresso coffee machines in offices, high street coffee shops, restaurants, airports, hotels and food retailers.

We are now recruiting for a Workshop Engineer to assume responsibility for the refurbishment of commercial coffee machines to working standard and undertaking planned maintenance schedules.

About the Workshop Engineer role:

Our Workshop Engineer will be responsible for the refurbishment of coffee machines to working standard and undertaking planned maintenance schedules.

In addition to this you will be responsible for:

  • Refurbishment of customer machines including diagnostic analysis of operational faults, upgrade components as required.
  • Running and cleaning powering up machines, operate under customer conditions, adjust drinks parameters to customer specification, ensure that machine is both operationally and cosmetically fit for purpose.
  • Ordering parts, replacement units as required.
  • Liaising with manager / customer services re machine status / availability.
  • Undertaking other tasks as required in accordance with competence and ability.

It is essential that you have:

  • Basic understanding of electricity and ability to understand equipment drawings / diagrams.
  • Experience of maintaining electro-mechanical equipment or as an electrician.
  • Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical fault diagnostic skills.
  • Competent using of electrical testing equipment.
  • Good communication skills

It would be great if you have:

  • Previous experience as a workshop engineer
