Group 1 Automotive Maidstone is seeking a Workshop Controller for the Kia aftersales team. You will manage daily workshop operations, drive efficiency, and ensure technicians meet daily targets while delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in and phone inquiries.
Ideal candidates hold a Full UK Driving Licence, have motor industry experience in a similar role, and can work under pressure in a busy dealership environment. We offer 33 days holiday and a comprehensive benefits package.
Working in our aftersales department as a Workshop Controller you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.
