We have a fantastic new opportunity available right now to join our Vauxhall Loughborough team! Our Aftersales department is currently looking for a new Workshop Controller.

What will you be doing?

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Overseeing the team of Technicians; organising workloads & daily workshop tasks.
• Promoting productivity and high standards of quality work.
• Liaising with customers.
• Ensuring high efficiency and understanding of customer requirements.
• Meeting set deadlines.
• Communicating effectively with other dealership departments.
• Complying with company and brand standards.
• Accurate and precise administration.
• Maximising departmental profits through your work.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm.
