• £35,000 Basic Salary.
• £42,000 OTE Not Capped.
• + Year end stretch bonuses.
• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm.
• 1 Saturday per month. (1 in 4)
• On-going dealer + manufacturer training.

As a Workshop Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop, focusing on improving customer experience, efficiency, and minimising costs.

Key responsibilities within this Workshop Controller role include:

• Supporting Technicians in the workshop.
• Effective production planning and scheduling, adhering to workshop standards.
• Conducting daily meetings and following up on team KPIs.
• Identifying improvement areas and implementing measures to achieve objectives.
• Pre-checking and following the daily planning for the team.
• Providing first-line support and assistance to the team.
• Coaching and supporting PSTs with technical and administrative issues.
• Coordinating improvement work in the workshop and tracking progress.

Workshop Controller Requirements:

• Previous experience as Workshop Controller preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Understanding of the customer service process, including parts and sales.
• Ability to identify problems at root cause and plan effective solutions.
• Availability for Saturday Rota shifts and flexibility during holiday periods (average 1 in 4).
